Pure Bulking Training

Pure bulking is also known as dirty bulking. In this plan, you can gain anywhere between 5-20 kgs in 3 months.

This plan includes complete guidance regarding Cycle and PCT and verbal advice regarding diet and workout during the Cycle. Diet and workout guidance will be briefly explained on phone before starting the Cycle.

The coach will be available on WhatsApp messages and phone calls throughout the Cycle and PCT.

Lean Bulking Training

If you want to become lean and muscular, for a wedding, photo shoot, or a competition, this is the plan for you.

Lean bulking focuses on gaining pure muscles. In Contrast to pure bulking, there is no water weight gain during lean bulking. .

This plan includes complete guidance regarding Cycle and PCT and verbal advice regarding diet and workout during the Cycle. Diet and workout guidance will be briefly explained on phone before starting the Cycle.

It is easy to maintain most of the muscle gains achieved during lean bulking because your body does not easily lose muscle and there is no water weight to lose.

Pure Cutting Training

Pure cutting should only be done when you have to get on stage for a competition, be ready for a photo shoot, or if you want to show off your ripped body on a beach.

Pure cutting brings out the ripped muscular physique, with fat percent around 3 to 6. It involves exposing the entire body to its limits because we push it beyond its natural capabilities.

This plan includes complete guidance regarding Cycle and PCT and verbal advice regarding diet and workout during the Cycle. Diet and workout guidance will be briefly explained on phone before starting the Cycle.

Hence, pure cutting should only be done if and when required. So, if you want to look ripped and see what your body is capable of, this is the plan for you.

BULKING + CUTTING

If you want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time and transform into a bigger and more muscular version of yourself, this is the plan for you.

It is difficult to gain muscles and lose fat at the same time unless you manage your cycle, diet, and workouts properly. .

In this plan, the initial 2-2.5 months will be bulking followed by 1-1.5 months of cutting. The initial bulking phase will be similar to pure bulking and the later stage will be akin to pure cutting.
