What inspired me to choose fitness?
I think it came very naturally to me in my younger years.
My journey began when I was 15. Back then, there was a lack of proper guidance, and the internet was filled with skewed information.
The situation has improved quite much now but on some deep corners of the internet, fake information still exists.
No Skewed Information here, Only science-based true knowledge.
